FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do, most of my sessions have baseline prices. Some of my prices may change depending on what the circumstances are and what the client is actually asking for. Example: a client may not be sure of what they're actually looking for when it comes to a budget, a specific session, or if they want to have their session done local or somewhere 2 hours away. So when they are asking for quotes on Thumbtack with very little info, all I can do is quote with my baseline price and warn them that my price may change depending on what the details are later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
?Via Thumbtack Clientele and after You have hired Me. -First line of communication: Email to introduce myself and to set up a phone consultation. -Second: Phone consultation. We discuss what is expected of me during the session. (Desired pictures, poses, wardrobe, etc.) -Third: Payment. 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your time slot. My schedule is hectic and time slots are slim. The deposit is non-negotioable but if you're not able to make the deposit at the time of booking, I will work with you on making it as soon as you can. I am a business woman but I am also flexible and understanding.
