FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is comparable or lower to many of our competitors that have similar standards and credentials. We are certified for all the inspections we do as well as insured. Plea be leary of inspectors that have prices that are way below average make sure to check that they are certified for all the inspections they are completing, as well as insured to protect yourself against a costly mistake.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try our best to make things as easy and smooth as possible. We make sure that they informed of all of our options and pricing at the time that we contact them. We set up an appointment that best suits their needs so that they can attend the inspection if they would like and be able to go over any questions and concerns they may have. Once the appointment is made our inspectors are personable and professional conducting a thorough evaluation of the property and informing the buyer about what is going on with their prospective new home. We help tell you about the story the home has to tell. We also use our expertise to let you know of corrections that may need to be made. We know this is an exciting and stressful time and we work hard to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our inspectors go through extensive training. We are all certified through The American Society of Home Inspectors. We have gone through training and testing for home inspection, PA DOA for pest inspection which requires testing and training, DEP for radon training and testing, and EMSL LABS testing and certification. All of our certificates and training completions are listed on our website. We are striving to stay up to date on the latest standards and technics by completing yearly continuation credits and certifications to better serve our clients.
