I take time to understand their needs by asking questions, offering suggestions and sharing successful topics to past audiences. When customers are unsure of what they need, I provide lots of examples of relevant topics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attend educational conferences and take ongoing training courses to keep up to date with the latest trends. I'm also a member of several professional organizations.
