Introduction: Preparation is my biggest most important part of any job i do... In a residential situation prep is a good 75%-80% of the work. Prep is a total reflection of the work to be carried out, for example my eye for detail is thorough and macro detailed, if i see a dribble from the last time it was painted its easy to paint over it but if this were to happen i now own that drip!!!! So needless to say preparation and detailing is my forte, I always stress on the clean thing ...clean up after each work period. Any vacuuming carried out is preformed with a Sheetrock dust filter and yellow filter bag, absolutely no dust gets airborne. I enjoy the point of laying on the finish coats that part is very satisfying, i also enjoy getting a little "Arty" if there is any call for faux finishing lettering and murals are a lot of fun!!!! I have a good sense of color and shade and I love to work with the owner or owners in helping design the color mix, usually for instance in a kitchen i will look at what are fixtures tile, granite ect and then find the least amount of color in those fixtures and put that shade up on the walls and magic happens!!
