Please Beware!!!! Do not hire this man.. If you want prove of what we have expired just contact us.. We don't want anyone else to have their money taken!, We all work hard for our money.. This Prestige (the owner) has no customer service he is rude and thinks he us always right.. We hired him to put in a new Air Handler and he stole our Money!! He did not even check when he was done to see if the unit was running.. We had no heat and it was cold out. He would not answer our calls. We had to call Del Air, they came out right away And within mins told us that our circuit board was no good!!! They by-passed it and they made sure we had heat... Prestige left us with a unit that was not working... But sure took our money!!! We have to pay Del Air for a service call. I did not even ask him to pay me that money!, Please , Please Beware??

Mrs. Gomez, No one stole your money. We were contacted in late October of the services you wanted done. We provided a free estimate, which contrary to popular belief are not always free, which your family approved. There are also numerous other services I did for free, such as demobilizing and remobilizing, installing your air cleaner, then removing and reinstalling it, performed setup on your new thermostat, the troubleshooting to diagnose that the circuit board you keep mentioning was NOT bad, but instead a low-voltage wire connected from the thermostat to the air handler, and the $150 worth of duct board that was stolen or destroyed from your house while I was waiting for the mold people to finish, that your husband offered to pay for but I didn't charge. You call us fraudulent, but it was your husband that tried to get me to commit insurance fraud by including other items and services in my bid. He also tried to get me to sign insurance papers without notarization, which he would have to have notarized with me present. At that point, we were arguing about money I needed down before proceeding with the work. This was the real issue here! However, my bid requirements are always 1/2 down with balance due upon completion. Mr. Gomez accepted my terms but thought that didn't apply to him. After the public adjuster and the work stoppage, along with requests from Mr. Gomez for me to include other items, fort example his thermostat. He wanted a Wi-Fi one and wanted me to include it on the insurance estimate. Along with his story changing several times about what he wanted done, I began to question his integrity and worry about whether I would get paid, which is why I demanded 1/2 down before going any further. I lost trust. This is when I told Mr. Gomez he needed to hire a new contractor, but he insisted on me completing the work. Anyways, I get $1,500.00 (half payment) down from Mr. Gomez and agree to come the next day and finish the job. We did but ran short on material and time as it got dark. I had one of my guys finish up the next day. He ran into a problem with the low voltage side of the system and had to regroup the next day when I went back with him. We diagnosed the problem to be a defective thermostat (existing). I offered one to Mr. Gomez but he immediately began thermostat shopping on his phone, saying he wanted a Wi-Fi one. At this point it's late and dark and I'm in no mood to wait (myself and an employee) for a customer to thermostat shop. I waited about 15 minutes then left, as I had already told Mr. Gomez what to do with the new thermostat. I assumed we were done until I get a text from Mr. Gomez at 10:00PM the next night saying there was nothing wrong with his thermostat and that the problem was the circuit board in the new air handler. I scheduled to go back out on Monday (this was Friday night). However, before I could get there I got a message from my office that you, Mrs. Gomez, had called and said if I wasn't there with the new circuit board in one hour she was bringing the police to my office so we would issue her a complete refund... So before going out I had the Seminole County Sheriff escort me to the property and calm Mr. Gomez who was accusing me of everything he could possibly think of. I was able to determine the problem was actually a shorted low voltage wire that ran from the air handler to the thermostat. Which as mentioned above, I fixed for free as well.

Install went well, customer service is outstanding....several issues that developed after install were resolved.
