What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price all of our packages a la carte so that we can build a package tailored specifically to your preferences for your shoot. We offer several complimentary elements with each package, as well. Please let us know what elements you would like to have included in your quote, and we will design your package to fit your requests and your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our clients prior to shooting with them to get a sense of their personality, likes, dislikes, style, etc. so that we can match their photography to it. We like to meet in person whenever possible, either at our offices or the venue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lindsey, owner of Priya Photo, has a double BA, as well as ten years of excellence with the national association Professional Photographers of America, which holds its members to very strict standards, and has been in the business since 2001. All of our photographers have been professionally trained and have gone to school for photography.
