1. Return new customer inquiry in 24 hours. Prompt communication is a key success factor of our business. 2. Meet client at the property for business presentation, providing free estimate of the rent price, questions & answer. The meeting can be done over phone if client is not available for the first meeting. 3. We start marketing or managing of the property when the property is in ready condition.
