Great customer service, that is why this is the only place I'll think about getting my computer equipment repaired. I've taken in a broken Mac twice and was very pleased both times. The first time it was due to a cracked retina screen. When I talked to them on the phone they were very straightforward and up front about the high cost of that particular part. I took it in and it was fixed within a week with regular calls from them updating me on the status. The second time I took a completely dead Mac in to them for diagnosis. They called me back the next day to tell me the motherboard was toast (confirming my suspicion). They walked me through their process of how they acquire the least expensive parts for the repair, reliability of their work, and how long it will take and the final cost.
