I cannot praise Roy and his crew enough! I met with several companies, including Home Depot, to get an estimate for siding my 1200 sq ft Cape style house, installing new gutters, and installing new first floor and basement windows. While some companies came in with slowly lower prices, it was usually with subpar work (not stripping off house shingles, etc.). And the companies that were much higher - including home depot - tried to bully me into using their company. By the time I met with Roy, I was so frustrated and was expecting the worst - but he was the complete opposite. Well spoken, understanding, honest and THOROUGH - we discussed my budget up front and, instead of forcing me to spend more, worked within my budget and spent hours at my house going over how to best accomplish the work. He even went above and beyond, including a few extra perks (exterior painting, etc.) to win the proposal. I instantly felt like I was giving the job to the right company.
And when it came to construction, they absolutely delivered! Roy's crew promptly and on time on the first day of work. They were punctual every day and stayed on schedule. The work looks absolutely flawless and I have had several neighbors approach me to tell me what a transformation my house has undergone, and at least one neighbor called them for a consultation after seeing my house's transformation! If that isn't a tribute to how good their work is, I don't know what is!
I cannot thank Roy and his crew enough for doing such an amazing job on my house. I couldn't have asked for better work. When it comes time for me to do more work on my house, I will absolutely be calling Roy!! And you should too!
