- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I see your request and feel like I have the skill set and time to complete your project, I will send you a quote. Then, let's discuss your project scope, deadline and budget. I am flexible time-wise and can work with your schedule. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions! I am easy to work with and hope we can work together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in journalism and more than 10 years of writing experience. I've worked as a copywriter, reporter and communications manager. My background includes writing for web, email, social media and print mail - both long and short form copy - as well as editing, proofreading and developing communication strategy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked as both a full-time and contract/freelance employee, at large companies, start-ups and small groups (i.e. alumni network).
