- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is showing professionalism along with the total knowledge I have of the job and/or product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Property Manager over a 40 unit studio apartment complex and a 6 unit two bedroom complex. I screened potential tenants, placed apartment rental adds in local newspaper. I completed a lease for each tenant that moved in. I collected rent payments, deposited rent payments into an escrow account I sent out eviction notices. I ensured that the maintenance man took care of problems in a timely manner. I did a walk through of each apartments before and after a tenant moved out to check for damages. I made certain that each apartment was move in ready after it became vacant. At the end of the month l did a monthly report for the properties owners. This report showed the amount of rent I collected, eviction notices sent out, how many new rentals and vacancies in the complexes and the apartment number they were. I documented in the report security deposits given to secure an apartment and application fees. As a Patient Service Assistant at a Medical facility I entered notes into a computer program to the patients physicians, Specialty clinics, patients social worker and other entities throughout the Medical Center. I scheduled appointments for the patients in various clinics in the Medical facility. I sent medication renewal notes to patients physicians. I documented phone calls from patients or patients representative when calling about a present illness. I then sent notes of patients symptoms to the triage nurses in the Telephone Advice Program. I worked as the Assistant to the Bookkeeper at an alcoholic beverage outlet. As a Master Control Technician at two different television stations, Jefferson Pilot an affilitate of CBS and Sinclair Broadcasting Company. I entered into the data bases, the Crispin and Odetics nformation to be broadcast over the air. I monitored the data base that were loaded with the television shows, commercials, public service announcements and promotions scheduled for broadcasting over the air. I did editing to the data bases when ever necessary. I kept a legal document called playllist to document the exact time all commercials were aired.

I worked as a Property Book Office Clerk and Administrative Assistant in the U.S. Army.. I took courses at a Technical Colllege.
