As I lay on the Healing table at the end, staring at the ceiling, I realized I was feeling the most intense peace and lack of stress I had felt in years. Only one other time had I had this happen, and I have often referred to that sensation as a visit by the Holy Spirit (I have a Roman Catholic background). I did NOT want to get off that table. I felt at one with virtually everyone and everything on earth, and connected to my higher self. There was no suffering, no sense of separation... This, by Buddhist definition, is total enlightenment. And I know now how that should feel. At the time, I referred to it that night as a disconnected connectedness. Even the next morning, I felt like I was still floating, still dreamlike.
I have felt this wonderful oneness in some of my most intense spirit journeys, and it may well have been even better! So much for the been-there-done-that shaman!
Go to Jen for a session! She is the real deal, and is profoundly linked to the energy field that is the source of all things. I cannot recommend this enough!

I had an amazing session with Jen! This was a completely new concept to me. I didn't know what to expect but Jen assured me to keep an open mind & the rest would follow. Any doubts I had were removed, I could feel the energy throughout my body, and felt restored, energized, even... happy!! Since this experience I've noticed a difference in my physical and mental health. My asthma has always been a huge problem for me, I used a nebulizer & struggled with shortness of breath. Since my appointment with Jen I can take a deep breath without coughing (huge improvement) I haven't needed my nebulizer once! It's much easier for me to make decisions, and focus. I'm recommending this to all my family and friends. This really was a life changing experience for me.

I highly recommend Jen's Reconnective Healing. One day while at work, I was experiencing some back pain so I called Jen and asked if she could do some distance healing, and as soon as she sent the energy my back was feeling better. I have also done a one-on-one session and it was one of the most amazing things I've ever experienced. Jen truly has a wonderful ability to heal!!
