Aug. 31, 2015 I (Kim W.), a new Jonesboro, GA resident as of April 2015), have nothing but high praise, respect and appreciation for the professional assistance I have received from Donna Brazil, Associate Broker and Leasing Agent at Silas Frazier Realty, LLC, on several different occasions. On the very first day that I met Ms. Brazil back in late March at a scheduled appointment to view the apartment that I am currently leasing, it was raining and not a good day to be engaged house hunting activity. However, and in spite of horrible weather conditions, Donna Brazil met me on time as scheduled, she had a great attitude, allowed me to thoroughly review the apartment I was interested in seeing, answered all of my questions, and actually waited an additional 30 minutes at the site (in horrible weather) to allow me time to submit my application on the spot. Additionally, Ms. Brazil has expeditiously returned all of my phone calls, timely addressed the few tenet related emails I have sent to her office, and been proactive in making sure that my concerns have been properly (and satisfactorily) resolved with follow up initiatives. Bottom line, and based on the above stated personal experience, I am convinced that Donna truly enjoys what she does. I could not ask for a better agent. Donna Brazil has been my Property Manager for over 5 years. I moved from Atlanta to Augusta and was very hesitant in letting someone else manage the property. I found Donna on a web search. After speaking with her I knew she was the one. Donna never failed to meet my expectations. I had two very disturbing events happen at the property. One was a break in and the other a fire. I never had to leave Augusta. I called Donna and she handled everything in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend Donna! she is professional, trustworthy and I must add very likeable. When looking for a home, Donna was very receptive to what was important to best suit my family's needs. She took time out to show me various properties, willingly and unselfishly even at a moments notice. It's safe to say that she is amazing at what she does and knows how to find the best fit for the customer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While there is always a forum for negotiation, my standard pricing is in line with industry standards and reflective of my commitment to my clients. Property management services are generally 8-10% of the monthly rental rate largely dependent on the number of units managed. Tenant procurement is generally equal to one full months rental payment. On the buyer side, commission is usually paid to broker by the seller.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, whether a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant, I conduct an initial face to face meeting, when possible, to ensure I fully understand my clients needs and objectives. Through this process I am able to partner with the client in quickly achieving their goal of home ownership, selling, leasing or renting a property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed real estate professional for over 13 years. I have earned many professional designations in that time including the designation of Realtor, which holds real estate professionals to a higher ethical standard, and my most recent achievement of Broker. While I have developed a niche market in providing property management services, it is my background in residential new home construction that that affords me the unique ability to manage property with the experience of an real estate professional while analyzing and coordinating maintenance with the eye of a contractor.
