Introduction: I am a Reiki master/teacher and energy healer. I focus on assisting those who are seeking alternatives to heal their lives, body, mind and spirit. We all know what it feels like to be embraced by someone who loves us. It is an uplifting and healing experience to be with those people in our lives who 'recharge us', making us feel stronger, energized, happier, safer, loved and more stable. That supportive unconditional love energy is what I, as a Reiki practitioner, provide during a healing. Reiki is a hands-on gentle touch. As a Reiki practitioner, I have learned how to intentionally transmit energy to you, helping you to create mental, emotional, and physical balance within yourself. This is accomplished through the transfer of universal energy via the laying on of hands, while focusing my attention on your body's energy centers or chakras. One of my clients have described Reiki as "a massage for one's soul." I also teach Reiki classes, meditation classes and spiritual classes. I also can help you change your life with hypnosis -- change the way you think and learn how to lose weight, stop smoking, have more confidence and ease stress and tension in your life.
