Resume Demand

Introduction: I've been in the industry, not only creating resumes, but reviewing them as the hiring manager. I have over 10 years of experience in a HR role, more recently as a Director. I've worked in resume development on an independent level for over 7 years. I enjoy researching industries and positions. Learning the path others have taken and creating a storyline for it (their resume). Although I don't have an opportunity to meet those I work with, there is still a sense of satisfaction in knowing I'm providing assistance to someone else with regard to career development.
