- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is based on the size of the event and what is needed. It is difficult to really nail down a pricing structure but generally speaking it will usually be approximately 10-20% of the overall cost of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really enjoy getting to know our clients so that we can best serve them. It is the personal touches that go a long way when executing an event of any size. Our first step is to get a sense of the event, then we like to meet with our clients in person so that we can add customized touches based on their want's needs and personalities to their event making each event unique in its own way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked over 15 years in the live event business, producing live concert events, fundraisers, and corporate events for clients of all sizes.
