Working with Sal Prizio was a real pleasure. He was focused and professional in everything he did to enhance our recent concert at the Cohoes Music Hall in Cohoes NY. The event held July 30, 2015, was a celebration of Medicare's 50th birthday. Sal worked extremely well with our special guest performer, Peter Yarrow of Peter, Paul & Mary fame; From Peter's arrival at the hall, to doing sound and lighting checks, to emceeing our event, Sal's professionalism and patience shown through. I find Sal to be the ultimate professional in what he does in his field. I would Highly recommend Sal to anyone to ensure they have a successful event! My husband and I were married in 2009. We had been searching for venues and event planners that would give us the day we wanted; a formal afternoon tea party. After numerous meetings with other planners, only to walk away disappointed we met with Sal. He was as excited about our idea as we were and it really showed. Our wedding day was everything we wanted and more and we didn't have to worry about anything. Sal's enthusiastic and imaginative approach put our minds at ease. I have been working with Sal Prizio for many years now; Sal providing access for my students to experience a variety (mostly jazz) of musical forms they have not previously heard. Mr. Prizio's contacts with the top professionals in the music business allows us to get to also get to know them. His work is of the utmost professionalism; my students get a top-shelf concert experience either in the concert hall, or here at school. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is based on the size of the event and what is needed. It is difficult to really nail down a pricing structure but generally speaking it will usually be approximately 10-20% of the overall cost of the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really enjoy getting to know our clients so that we can best serve them. It is the personal touches that go a long way when executing an event of any size. Our first step is to get a sense of the event, then we like to meet with our clients in person so that we can add customized touches based on their want's needs and personalities to their event making each event unique in its own way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked over 15 years in the live event business, producing live concert events, fundraisers, and corporate events for clients of all sizes.
