- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer customized pricing and plans based on your needs. Discounts are available for military, first-responders, teachers, seniors, repeat customers, and more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All it takes is a little information from the customer regarding the issue they are dealing with and their location, and we will provide a free estimate for service over the phone. Some services such as exclusion require in-person inspections, but typically we can give customer's a quote the same day and service as soon as they're ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are all licensed by the State of Connecticut and undergo continuous training and education throughout their careers at Richland. Training pertains to the biology and habits of the pests that we treat, as well as the methods of treatment, pesticide safety, and the laws and regulations regarding pesticide application.
