- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a Catering Menu and Order Form with pricing. This assists the customer into choosing the perfect menu and we also prepare custom menus.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to welcome them with a warm hospitality. Assuring them that we can accommodate their needs in a very professional way. We provide excellent and timely service and make sure all of the details are discussed and carried out to their expectations. We welcome back their service or a referral program where they can earn money off their next catering event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 Years in this industry. I am a classically trained Chef with a Culinary Degree and an apprenticeship from the Duquesne Club. I have worked with the best including Mario Batali and Charlie Trotter just to name a few. I am the owner of Rosalees Southern Comfort Cuisine where my wife a certified wedding and event planner drives the events at our facility. You can see my BIO on our website.
