Sanchez & Sanchez installed an approx 25' x 17' carport at our home. His crew also repaired, replaced and painted several rotten boards on the exterior of a rent house located on the same property adjacent to our homestead. They also performed a variety of jobs inside our main house that covered virtually each facet of home construction or remodel (eg. Framing, trim, plumbing, electrical, etc).
From the beginning, Mr Sanchez did an excellent job carefully explaining each phase of the work to be completed.
His workers were skilled and conducted themselves in a very competent and professional manner.
Everyone associated with S&S emphasized quality both in materials used and the workmanship required to complete the job. It should additionally be noted that wherever they worked, the job site(s) were cleaned and left in better shape than before they arrived.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the final outcome of the projects overall.
I'd STRONGLY recommend Sanchez & Sanchez to perform any type of residential construction or remodel work within the timeframe specified, the agreed upon price and most importantly, the quality a homeowner expects.

Could not ask for more!!! Great quality work, professionalism and on budget and on schedule. We had a carport built and also work done involving carpentry, landscaping and painting. Cost effective work, quality outstanding, impeccable professionalism! A+ experience!

met with mr. Sanchez at the jobsite we discussed his team of workers framing a 3000 sq. ft house he said they were capable and ready to work gave him a set of architects plans asking him his price after 3 days he never called I called his phone 3 times left messages he never returned the call it is my opinion that he is not capable of framing a normal house so make sure he has ability but maybe he can do small jobs I am a homeowner that knows a little about construction
