No contact on this job was ever made. After notification through Thumbtack, I called the number listed. After the phone rang, I guess six times, an automated message stated something like - the person you are calling cannot take your call at thus time.please leave a message. I left my name, home phone number and cell phone number. I repeated them slowly several times. I then received a few days later, another message to you, Thumbtact, stating my number was required. I would imagine that since she had my name, she should have had the numbers which were left on the same message. It was after 10PM Monday when I picked up the email - too late to call. I called Tuesday 1/24/17 at her cell number as requested. I got another message. I left my name and the two phone numbers once again. On Wednesday, 1/25/17 I was taking a nap when call came in at 2:25PM. The caller began, not with hello, is this Steve, but is this some house number and what sounded like Islip? I replied no and they disconnected. It was only then that I put my glasses on and saw the number that called me was the same one listed for her cell phone.
I imagine that she does a very nice job, but this is just too much trouble.
I am no longer interested.

Couldn't have asked for a better house cleaner. Sandy came in and got right to work doing everything I wanted and then some. Sandy has such a pleasant personality that I never felt awkward about having a "stranger" in my house. She came into a dirty messy house and made it clean and organized!

Sandy does a great job cleaning our home. She comes when she says she will and is very trustworthy and kind. The house is clean and she has done the specific task we have agreed upon. If there is ever anything I would like improved upon all I have to do is discuss it with her and she makes sure to do it the next time she comes to clean. Overall I would recommend her services to any family member or friend :)
