Jim & crew did an excellent job installing a new Trane a/c and furnace on one of the hottest days of the summer. They worked hard and long and were easy to work with. Any questions or concerns were answered thoroughly. Most happy!

From the initial phone conversation, James (Jim) was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating to my work schedule and installed a Carrier AC unit the very next day I hired him. James and his associate cleaned up the area where they worked after the installation. His prices are very competitive and reasonable. It was a pleasure doing business with Service Air Inc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess the home heating / cooling system to identify needs. From there, I discuss the results of my assessment with the homeowner and the level of work needed to get the home back to comfortable!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Cuyahoga Valley Vocational School with an associates in Technology and my training focused on HVAC. Additionally, I have been factory trained by multiple HVAC equipment manufacturers, like Trane.

In 1979, I graduated from the Cuyahoga Valley Vocational School with an associates in Technology and my training focused on HVAC. Additionally, I have been factory trained by multiple HVAC equipment manufacturers, like Trane. I started in the industry just as residential air conditioning started to become popular!
