It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, we work with our clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Together, we'll work to reach your health goals in areas, such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep and maximizing energy.     I have received training in integrative nutrition. Nutrition training studying over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and cutting-edge coaching methods learn from top experts in the field of health and wellness. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and the importance of preventive care. Drawing on my education and experience, I have worked with clients to help them make the dietary and lifestyle changes that produce real, lasting results. Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. Along with my training in nutrition, I have a 200 hours plus teaching certification through YogaWorks, The Asheville Yoga Center and registered with The Yoga Alliance.
