- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services are quoted individually based upon need and complexity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pertinent information is disseminated, payment structure, stages of completion/review by the client, communication methods, meeting schedule,and other essential information is established and a contract signed. Once all of the pertinent technical requirements have been completed (as described above), I would begin performing the requested service and follow each of the aforementioned requirements, terms and conditions, and keep in reasonable contact with the client for status updates, or to address any questions or issues identified during the process. Make contractual modifications if there are substantial deviations in requirements from the original contract requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I find that I must read a lot, write regularly, take writing classes when I feel the need and am presently preparing to return to college to pursue a degree in marketing. There will be plenty of writing requirements in the very near future.
