- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am competitive with market pricing in today's recruiting fee structure and I give a percentage of each placement fee to a local charity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you have a hard to fill position especially in the Executive Administrative Assistant area, I will work with you to identify your needs and search for the highest quality candidate available. We partner throughout the process and I manage the search according to the requirements of the position. I can include assessments, reference checks and a thorough interview process from beginning to end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor degree in Psychology and Marketing and over 12 years experience in the recruiting arena. I am one of the top and well respected recruiters in the Twin Cities, and my business comes from referrals from satisfied clients and colleagues.
