- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we evaluate the goals of the project together. Are you looking for more leads? A brochure site? A site to position you as the go-to expert in your area? Goals are important. Establishing them is step one. Despite what a lot of cut-rate marketers will tell you, there is no one way to market all businesses online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Seminars and continuing education classes several times per year. Reading and research 10+ hours per week. This industry changes rapidly...failure to keep up with the cutting edge will kill results. A decade of Copywriting and Marketing experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After being burned several times by "online marketers" when I owned my first business (personal training), I decided to learn the right way to market, got certified by Google and several other organizations and have been helping small business owners since then.
