- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is quote on case by case basis depending on size and budget. But I do have a minimum for small projects of $350.00 which includes travel to your location, consultation, set up, and tear down for three hours. Hourly rate will apply thereafter. Any rentals and special requested services will be billed separately
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impression are key. Getting to know the client is priority number one. Understanding their request and being realistic. We do not try to over promise and under deliver. It seems to work for us every time. We always implement the WOW factor with special touches and signature items... Attention to detail gets the client every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own my own party supply store I have been in the business for over 10 years.
