- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes but travel, hours needed, size of music group, and other criteria effect my standard pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Sharing information with customer about me and my music group (websites, audio files, videos, etc.) 2. Discuss details of event (date, time, location, type of music, venue details and performance space, dress code, food provisions, etc.). Exchange various contact information. 3. Draw up contract and have signed by both parties involved. 4. Contact customer about week before the event to run through details or answer any new questions. 5. Follow up with a thank you to the customer within a week following the event. I also kindly request a review from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Music Degree and am a music professor at Cleveland State University and Baldwin Wallace University's Conservatory of Music.
