- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is geared to the small-cap markets and 1-2 year start-up programs. I know money is tight and we need to maximize the effort. The rate varies but ranges between $65-$90 per hour. There is a minimum $200 initial consultation fee which is applied against the contract should we go forward. All expenses are billed at actual + a 3% administrative fee (below standard practice).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Get together either in person or over the phone. 2) understand your specific wants and needs 3) determine mutual expectations and anticipated results 4) Begin working with you ASAP
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a wealth of experience in consulting specific to Strategy, Business Planning, Go-To-Market Programs, Brand Penetration models. I also have strong operations experience and IT alignment programs to support key initiatives. I have a BSBA and an MS is Advanced Technologies. I am completing another MS in Dispute Resolution. I have managed creative teams, program development and strategy teams for multi-billion dollar companies and many small cap or start-up companies. I have managed incubator programs for new businesses and tokk several of them all the way through an IPO. I am a former IBM executive, KPMG Partner and entrepreneur myself. I understand the work it takes and have been through it many times. I also leverage my team, when necessary, to add value to niches where it takes a specific competency. I will be the first to tell you that I don't know everything but I can get it done through positive e team work and collaboration.
