I have been using Tax Network for the last 10 years. They have been preparing my federal, state and local taxes in addition to the taxes for my wife's business. They are quick, efficient, courteous and great to work with. The employees are very knowledgable on the tax codes and have provided me with the maximum return possible. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my tax preparation work is a flat fee. We also office fixed monthly pricing for all of our bookkeeping customers, fees are based on volume so we typically like to get to know your business first.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the customer, no 2 customers are the same. If you are interested in tax preparation or bookkeeping I can consult with you and discuss your situation so I can learn about you and your business. I really like to take the time to understand needs and suggest how I can help you grow and succeed. My consultation is FREE so why not take advantage of it. We can discuss over the phone or we can meet in one of my 4 locations North Hills, Greentree, Jefferson Hills and Southpointe. I also travel up to 20 miles, sometimes it's easier to meet a customer in their home or place of business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Duquesne University in Accounting and worked for the IRS for a few years doing tax preparations. We are Quickbooks Certified so we know our debits and credits. I now have over 20 years experience working with Personal and Businesses with all aspects of Tax and Bookkeeping.
