THANK YOU THANK YOU! I was in a panic this morning when my trusty Ipad air fell off the counter and the screen shattered. Not knowing what to do - I googled IPad Screen Repair. Lo and behold, AJ and Tech OTG came to the rescue. He responded to my inquiry in less than 30 minutes. We spoke on the phone and by 3:30 this afternoon he was sitting at my table fixing my IPAD. This young man knows what friendly, responsive customer service is all about. Plus he is professional and very detailed about the quality of his work. AND he guarantees his work. Way to Go AJ! You Rock! And the price was so reasonable!! I knew by first impression that this was the best of the best!! I was right!

My kindle screen had cracked when it was dropped, and the LCD was shot. Aj@techOTG assessed the problem quickly and it was repaired before I realized it was missing!! I wouldn't trust my kindle, my lifeline, in any other professionals hands. Aj@techOTG took care of everything, and left nothing to worry about!

Had the guys at TechOTG fix my phone. They did a wonderful job with the screen replacement. Great price too. And they came out to me for no extra cost. Would reccomend for all your repair needs.

TechOTG did a wonderful job fixing my computer. It had a virus and was incredibly slow. They came out to our home and git it working again withiut a hitch. Definitely reccomend!
