- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value all of our customers regardless of the number of services or length of time they have been a part of The Click Depot family. We begin with a one on one consultation with one of our dedicated consultants. At this point our main objective is to educate you on your options and make you fully aware of what our tools can do for your business. From there you are able to select one of our preset packages or design a custom package that works for your business. There are no long-term contracts so you are always free to change your mind (although we do our best to keep you satisfied). After your Creative meeting our team will get right to work on making your business the very best it can be, and start you on the road to success by increasing your revue as well as your customer base.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of highly trained professionals in a multitude of fields, this allows our company to provide a vast range of options to our clients. Among our special skills we have team members that are experts in such areas as; Logo Designers, Website Designers, SEO Consultants, Pay-Per-Click Managers, Joomla Specialists, WordPress Experts, Content Writers and Web Developers. In addition to that we have a staff of Project managers and Senior Managers to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. As well as helping you to reach your company goals, and more importantly leading you to the success you want.
