Bree is a natural at this, she works you hard and does not allow excuses during my workouts. She is patient and will help guide you through any exercise and I really felt like I could see and feel results in just a couple of weeks working with her. I found she was a swim instructor and hired her to help with my son and his swimming improved in just 2 lessons.
