- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only get paid if you get paid. There's never a good reason to not hire a lawyer for your car or truck crash case, or your SSD case. I've won many of both kinds where I'm absolutely positive the client's would not have gotten a penny.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I undertake a minimum of 15 hours of continuing legal education each year.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The most personally gratifying work I do is Social Security Disability. I take cases other lawyers reject because they are too risky. And I usually win. Young adults with learning disabilities and persons suffering from serious mental illness, for example.
