- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do all repairs on a flat rate, up front with no additional charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give a Quote based on information given. We do a walk through to confirm all information & additional things that might be needed. We present a Actual invoice, take a deposit if 60%, schedule date & time of all work to be performed. Sometimes we deliver all Equipment to be installed before work is done if schedule us 2 or more days out. We then come on date & time, remove all old Equipment, install all new equipment, check operations, collect final payment. If customer want, we put them on yearly Maintenance program for $100 a year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am Responsible to do 14 hours every 2 years by the state of Florida, But my employees & I do about 30- 40 hours a year on Continued educational Classes.
