My air conditioner went out in my condo during the summer months and Total Maintenance Heating and Cooling came out the same day, found the issues with my system, and had the unit up and running within a couple of hours. I would certainly give them a call again if I have any other issues. They were very friendly and professional people both in person and on the phone. The cost of services was exactly what I expected to pay when the job was complete and I was so grateful to have a cool house again! Thanks again for great service.

we had the air conditioning quit working at a commercial property we lease, and Total Maintenance came out to troubleshoot it for us. Steve informed of us of the problem, a fan motor in the air handler, and gave us a reasonable bid for the work. The motor was under warranty and Steve got the motor replaced then installed it for us, and had our air back working by the afternoon. All in all made a miserable problem as painless as possible.

Steve came out within an hour of calling him. My A/C was running good evening and morning hours, but the fan would not kick on in peak hours. He explained to me the capacitor was going bad, replaced it and the unit is running full steam. He took the time to show me the proper way to clean my coils myself to save a little money down the road and explained how everything else worked. I would recommend him to any of my clients, friends and family.

Steve and his crew did a complete A/C job for me. Took out my old outdated system and put in a 3.5 ton TRANE unit with all brand new duct work as well. Because I was moving from such a old out dated system, all new lines had to be ran. They did such a great job at an amazing price! I will hire Steve and his crew a million times again without doubt!! No trying to up sell you on things you don't need, no driving the price up, just all around good people that know what they are doing! Thanks guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do all repairs on a flat rate, up front with no additional charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give a Quote based on information given. We do a walk through to confirm all information & additional things that might be needed. We present a Actual invoice, take a deposit if 60%, schedule date & time of all work to be performed. Sometimes we deliver all Equipment to be installed before work is done if schedule us 2 or more days out. We then come on date & time, remove all old Equipment, install all new equipment, check operations, collect final payment. If customer want, we put them on yearly Maintenance program for $100 a year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am Responsible to do 14 hours every 2 years by the state of Florida, But my employees & I do about 30- 40 hours a year on Continued educational Classes.
