Was very happy with Jay's property Maintenance! I called him to do a last minute job for me & he was able to do it first thing the next morning & kept in contact with me ( which I greatly appreciated) . He also sent me photos of the completed job!! Great customer service & great communication!! Will use his services again!

I reached out to Jay yesterday, he replied and got the job done the same day. In addition to the project I inquired about he was able to quickly fix my fireplace that had been unoperational. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable professional and if you have a problem he can handle it. Would recommend him to anyone!!

Well i have been working under various skilled craftsman ( plumber, roofer electrican ect) for years learned everything they could teach me. I then took all their wisdom and combined it with my work ethic. Very fast learner and im always looking to learn a new skill.
