We heard about Trident through friends and family members, and one of our sons attends classes there. He enjoys the program and we have seen a lot of growth. Our only criticism would be that we as parents are not well-received, and we think it's due to the fact that most of Trident's families are military-affiliated and we are not. Also, on our first day the owner's son-in-law yelled at us in the parking lot that spaces were for "Trident Only". When we explained the reason for us being there we were rudely dismissed, and he has been extremely cold to us since. If Trident wants to grow their business they should put more effort into accepting and including all families, and treating the parents (customers paying for the business) with respect.

Trident is an outstanding school that will not only teach techniques in martial arts but will also educate the student tactics in self-defense. It is not only a school but it is a family.
