What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a forms based company. We ask that our clients submit a copy of their W2 and then we provide a FREE quote!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Business Administration that I earned in December of 2010. I am currently studying to become an Enrolled Agent which I will accomplish by December 2015.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have over 18 years of experience that started with me doing taxes for friends and family before there were computer programs!
