- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes are final. No hidden fees, no adjustment calculations, no extra costs. Unless the client changes their mind about what they want, the quote they receive in the beginning of the project is the mount they will pay at the end of it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professionals in this area need constant update. Technology changes every month and you need to keep yourself informed and in contact with other designers, which I do on a regular basis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started drawing when I was 11 years old. I was lucky enough to encounter great designers in my life who showed me amazing things and possibilities. By age 17 I was involved in many projects related to graphic and web design and I loved it. In college, I met more people who were doing the same thing. I never stopped designing. I believe it was meant to be.
