- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rate is $25 per hour. I also offer packages at $200 for 8 sessions, $300 for 12 sessions, and $400 unlimited training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first session is free. It gives me an understanding of the clients' ability. Plus, the client is then able to see how I train and if it is a good fit for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the fitness industry for over twenty years as a trainer and bodybuilder. My background is in Human Anatomy, as well as Sports Science. We also teach Shotokan Karate to kids and adults. All of our instructors are Certified Black Belts.
