Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing this letter on behalf of my friend, Les Bell. I have known Les for a long time. He and I are in touch via e-mail. Les often helps me and my husband, Paul, when we have computer problems. He is very patient with us and always takes the time to explain things so that we understand him. He has also helped both of us with our I-phones. Les is very good at what he does. He can always figure out any computer issues or problems and takes care of them.
