Ms. Pagan fixed my daughter's necklace. I don't understand much about it but before there was some fishing line like stuff holding everything together that broke so I contacted Ms. Pagan to fix it. She used a stronger material so when she was done the necklace felt more substantial. My daughter was thrilled. Also, she was really flexible with the time and location we met for the repair.
