- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is standard when it comes to digital services. It depends on what the customer needs, how big/small the project is and when it needs to be done. I can assure the customer a very competitive price and I'm happy to work with most budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins by finding out what the customer is looking for, their preferences, their budget, and most importantly when it needs to be done. I then provide the client an overview of what will be provided and an estimated date. I follow up closely with each client to keep them updated on the process.

I have worked with all kinds of niches and services I can think of. I would provide a unique approach to each client.
