Introduction: I do writing, sales, and marketing. I retired as an executive officer of a bank and president of a large insurance operation owned by the bank. I had 15 other NYS banks write insurance business for us as agencies. Upon retirement, I became a reporter for Empire News Exchange --a local wire service. I also was a staff writer for several weeklies and served on the editorial board of four Spotlight Newspapers. The wire service got me in all the capital district dailies with both news articles and my photos. Currently, I am a member of The Air force Association and serve on the board of two of their chapters and represent New York state on a national committee called Air Power Advocates. We meet monthly with senior members of the defense department and the Air Force via conference calls, and then write op-eds on the material covered.
