Introduction: I offer private yoga sessions in the luxury of your own home. As my client, you can choose the space most relaxing to your liking. I lead private sessions inside or outside. I prefer no more than six clients per session, but I do make exceptions upon request. I will not hold a private session with one male client. Males must practice as a couple or in a group setting. I completed my RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certification in 2014. I love helping others learn how to relax, feel the breath, and learn how to engage the muscles of the body. I've seen yoga change clients' lives, and I hope to do the same for you.
