- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is individually priced - determined by the scope of work the customer requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we perform a free no obligation proposal at the job site. Second we email the customer a written comprehensive proposal for the work as requested. Upon acceptance of our proposal we schedule the work as quickly as possible while taking into consideration the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
