- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can bill hourly or discuss a fixed rate before beginning the project. We pride ourselves on being affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet discuss the particulars either via phone or email and view prior years returns. If a bookkeeping project, would like to review the books and documentation before giving an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered Tax Return Preparer with the IRS and also an Enrolled Agent canidate. I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Accounting. I have been providing accounting services for over 20 years including: audits, forensic accounting projects, agreed upon procedure reports, accounting assistance for audits, bookkeeping, solving QuickBooks issues, payroll and payroll reporting, and corporate, personal, and partnership tax returns. I am also certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
