Introduction: Hey there! I am Sabrina Patterson and I am the owner and the woman behind the lens of SJP Photography.
I am currently based out of Florida’s Panhandle, but where ever you want me, I’ll pack my bags.
I am currently accepting sessions FOR 2021 & 2022.
My passion for photography began at the young age of 10 years old, and the first time that I picked up a camera, I simply fell in love with it and I never wanted to do anything else since. when I was a little girl, if you asked me what I wanted to do when I grow up I would always answer I want to be a photographer. I also wanted nothing more than to just simply bring people joy, and make other people smile and laugh, and I am able to do that every single day, when I photograph you, and see your reactions when I deliver your photos.
Like everybody else, there was a time in my life where I had no idea what I wanted to do careerwise but once I temporarily moved to Alaska in 2015 I found my passion for photography again. I had no intention of starting a business Really, I thought that I just wanted to do photography as a hobby and then the next thing I knew, i had turned this passion into my business you all know as SJP photography.
My favorite thing in the world is seeing the love and passion radiate between two people, and being able to capture such a beautiful thing, especially on their wedding or elopement day makes me feel like the luckiest woman in the world. Capturing families as they are, laughing and having tickle fights, is equally as amazing because I have my own little family too, and I understand how important those little moments are to have. As a parent, I understand that living in the moment so much with your children, it’s easy to forget to stop and take a photo, but that’s what I’m here for.
