Maria is very good at what she does. She is alway willing to do any and everything she can to please you. She works very well and very hard. Cleaning is in her blood. She's very good and trustworthy.

Our agreement was for a cleaning agency to bring a team to my residence and do deep cleaning in preparation for putting my house on the market. I specifically ask that more than one person come to do this job as I knew it would be a big job. M told me she was coming at 11:00 and insinuated that she was coming alone. I told her I wanted a team to come. She said she would bring her husband and daughter and that they would be able to do the job like I requested. She showed up early so my husband was not available to let her in as he was expecting her at 11:00AM because that is the time she said she was going to arrive. When he got here to let her in she went thru the house and said she did not need her husband or daughter that she could do the job herself. She surfaced cleaned but did not do anywhere close to what we had agreed on. She spent 4.5 hours. She did a normal $100 dollar clean job and took the $300 we had agreed on for a deep clean job. I was at work and could not inspect her work. She left while my husband was talking to the realtors and could not go inspect her work.

If you would check your request/ agreement as you can see you never mentioned deep cleaning until I got to your house and read the paper you left to your husband, but I didn’t refused to do all you mentioned on the paper it was done. You even said to sweep your deck, and I did it. I sent you a message once I get your review asking for a day to get back and redo what according to you was not done. You never answered. My apologies but I couldn’t do more to please you. It took me 4.5 hrs as you mentioned.

We got to meet, see what she needs, what she wants get to know them . I’m friendly all the time I like making friends and love what I do, I always clean thinking that is me the customer. You will get your money ‘s worth .
