It was truly a delight to meet Mellody. She was very prompt, professional (while yet VERY personable)as she helped my family get through this life adjustment with her knowledge about legal documents, etc. My aging mother was not able to get out to take care of her business, so Mellody brought some of the business to us. I will be sure to use Haynes Mobile Notary Services again and also let others know about this business. Thank you!

First of all, Mellody got back to me immediately after my initial request for a quote on notarizing some papers for me. She continued to communicate effectively, and answered all of the questions I came up with prior to our appointment day. Mellody arrived in a timely manner on the appointed day, considering the traffic she had to fight at rush hour to get to my area of town. She was knowledgeable and professional, was very friendly and courteous, and a general pleasure to be around (but not close in proximity due to Covid-19 guidelines, which she thankfully adheres to). Add to this the fact that her prices are quite reasonable. You won't go wrong with having Mellody as your notary. I will most assuredly use her again in the future if the need arises.

Mellody was excellent all the way around!! She responded quickly to us in our short demand due to the Coronavirus shutting down our original wedding plans. She was beyond reasonable in price in comparison to many others. We had a fantastic wedding ceremony and Mellody was right on time. We would highly recommend using her. We have already scheduled her for our first anniversary so that we can have the original ceremony we had planned!!
