- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If it's local I usually charge $100.00 an hour. If I run over a bit I am ok with that. If it runs over another hour or so then there is an up charge. If people are having fun I won't just stop because my time is up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them in person or phone to make sure that there day is as they planned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
